ALOO RAITA

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 gms Curd / Plain Yogurt / Dahi
  • 4 medium sized Boiled Aloo / Potatoes (Mashed with hands)
  • Pudina / Mint Leaves finally chopped (Optional Coriander Leaves / Dhaniya)
  • 2 Green Chillies finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Jeera Powder (Roasted)
  • 1 teaspoon Kali Mirch / Black Pepper Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Kala Namak / Black Salt
  • Salt to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Take Curd in a Bowl, Add boiled Aloo, Green Chillies, Pudina/Mint leaves, Jeera Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Kali Mirch / Black Pepper Powder, Kala Namak & Salt to taste, mix well
  2. Add very little Water (as per your preference)
  3. Garnish with Jeera Powder, Kali Mirch Powder, Kala Namak & few Mint leaves while serving
