BESAN MINI CHEELA RAITA (CHEELRI RAITA)

Ingredients

Curd 400 gms
Besan / Gram flour 3 - 4 tablespoon
Pinch of Red Chilli Powder
Pinch of Garam Masala Powder
Black Pepper / Kali Mirch Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Roasted Jeera / Cumin Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking 1 - 2 tablespoon

Recipe Type : Side Dish

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Take Besan in a bowl and add Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Garam Masala, Salt to taste, mix well
  2. Add sufficient water to make thick batter (not very thick)
  3. Heat Pan, spread little oil and drop spoonful of mix on Pan (size can be seen in picture), cook from both sides. Make around 8 – 10 at a time
  4. Beat curd in a bowl, add little Water, Salt, Jeera Powder, Kali Mirch Powder, Mini Cheela (Cheelri) and mix well
  5. Serve in Lunch or Dinner
