BREAD PIZZA WITHOUT OVEN OR OTG

Recipe Type: Breakfast/ Evening Snacks

Preparation Time:  10 mins

Cooking Time: 15 – 20 mins

Servings: 2 – 3

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 -8 Slices of White / Brown Bread
  • 1 medium sized Onion finely chopped
  • 2 medium sized Tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 medium sized Capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 small bowl of Grated Cheese
  • Oregano / Italian Seasoning
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Tomato Sauce

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Take bread slices, apply little tomato sauce, then spread Onions, tomatoes, Capsicum & sprinkle cheese (according to your preference)

          Method 1: Heat the Pan on low flame, put the prepared bread slices and cover with the upper lid or plate,                     cook for 3 – 4 mins approx. or till the cheese is melted.

          Method 2: Preheat OTG at 220 degrees for 10 mins then place the breads in OTG, bake for 12 – 15 mins at                   220 degrees (approx.)

  1. Sprinkle Chilli Flakes & Oregano and Serve Hot
