Chicken Salami Sandwich

CHICKEN SALAMI SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Bread Slices (White / Brown / Multi Grain)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 6 – 8 Salami slices
  • 1 -2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1-2 crushed Garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Pinch of Black Pepper Powder
  • Pinch of Oregano
  • Pinch of Chilli Flakes

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat a non-stick frying pan / tawa for about a min. Add little butter and reduce the flame. Take eggs pour it into the pan, Sprinkle Black Pepper Powder & Salt to taste, flip the omelette once it is cooked from 1 side & cook from other side
  2. Toast the bread slices in toaster, spread Butter Garlic mix (Melt Butter & add crushed Garlic) on 1 slice, top with omelette, put Salami slices in between the Omelette, sprinkle Chilli Flakes & Oregano, then top with 2nd slice
  3. Serve Hot in Breakfast
