Chicken Seekh Rice with Egg

  • 1 bowl of Boiled Rice
  • 1 medium sized Onions sliced
  • 1 Green Chilli finely Chopped
  • 2 -3 Chicken Seekh cut into small pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Kali Mirch / Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter for cooking
  • 2 – 3 Eggs



  1. Take a Pan, add little butter and Chicken Seekh Pieces, cook for 3 -4 mins or till it is light brown, keep it aside
  2. Preheat the same Pan for about a min., add very little butter and reduce the flame. Take eggs pour it into the pan, Sprinkle Black Pepper Powder & Salt to taste, flip the omelette once it is cooked from 1 side & cook from other side. Keep it aside
  3. Then again heat Butter in a Pan & add onions, sauté till the onions are light brown, add Green Chillies, boiled rice, Chicken Seekh pieces, Black Pepper/Kali Mirch Powder, Salt to taste, mix well
  4. Serve Hot Chicken Seekh Rice with Omelette on the top
