Green Chilli Garlic Chutney

GREEN CHILLI GARLIC / LEHSUN CHUTNEY

Recipe Type :  Chutney / Sauce

Preparation Time : 10 mins

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 lehsun / Garlic head / bulb (2 bunch of Garlic cloves) (remove the skin)
  • 5 – 6 Green Chillies (if you prefer super spicy then can add more)
  • Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. If possible try to grind on Sil batta / Dori Danda or Grind stone (as used by our Grandmothers) till it becomes thick paste as it adds awesome taste to chutney or else Grind Garlic cloves, Green Chillies & Salt till it becomes thick paste
  2. Serve with every meal

*Personal best taste & recommendation with 1 spoon of Chutney & 1 spoon of Ghee on any type of Paratha
