Homemade White Butter

HOMEMADE WHITE BUTTER / MAKHAN

Preparation Time : 5 – 7 mins

INGREDIENTS:

  • Fresh Malai collected and kept aside of 6 – 7 days
  • ½ cup Water (if winters – luke warm and if summers then cold water)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Keep the 6 -7 days Malai at normal temperature for 1 hour
  2. Take Malai in a bowl, add water and mix with blender for 4 – 5 mins (approx.)
  3. After sometime, butter will be separated from rest over liquid. So, make small bowls of White Butter
  4. Serve yummy Homemade White Butter/Makhan with your favorite Paratha
