INSTANT HARI MIRCHI ACHAAR / PICKLE

Preparation Time : 5 mins

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 15 – 20 Hari Mirchi / Green Chillies
  • ¾ Cup of Water
  • 1-2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Wash the Green Chillies and remove the Twigs / Dandi
  2. Boil water in a Pan and add Salt and Green Chillies. Boil till the water is evaporated
  3. Add Olive oil and mix well
  4. Keep the achaar in Glass Jar and Serve with every meal
  5. Always make in small quantities as this stays good for a week if kept in a fridge
