Serves: 3 – 4

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup of Rice soaked for 30 mins
  • 1 teaspoon Jeera / Cumin Seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil/Ghee for cooking
  • 1 ½ cup Water (Sufficient Water for cooking)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat Oil in cooker and add Cumin seeds/Jeera, wait for few seconds & add Rice, Salt & mix well & cook for 2 mins
  2. Add sufficient water, mix well, close the Cooker with upper lid and give 2-3 whistles (don’t open the cooker till the steam is there)
  3. Serve Hot in Lunch or Dinner
