Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups Roasted Puffed Rice / Murmura (If not roasted then dry roast them in Pan/Kadai for few minutes)
  • 1 Small sized Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Small sized Tomato finely chopped
  • 1 boiled Potato finely chopped
  • 2 Green Chillies finely chopped
  • 3 -4 tablespoon Roasted Peanuts
  • 2 – 3 tablespoon Chana daal Namkeen
  • 2 – 3 tablespoon boiled Black Chana
  • 2 -3 tablespoon Sev
  • 1-2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1-2 tablespoon Mustard Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Jeera/Cumin Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garam Masala
  • ½ Chaat Masala
  • Salt to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Take a bowl, add chopped Onions, Tomatoes, Boiled Potatoes, Green Chillis, Peanuts, Chana Daal, boiled Chana, Sev, Red Chilli Powder, Jeera/Cumin Powder, Garam Masala, Chaat Masala, Salt, Mustard Oil & lemon Juice, mix well
  2. Add Puffed Rice or Murmura, mix well
  3. Add Sev and Serve immediately
