METHI MOOLI KA MAKKI PARATHA

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cup Makki Atta
  • 1 cup Methi leaves finely chopped
  • 1 cup Mooli / Radish finely grated
  • 3 – 4 Green Chillis chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Kali Mirch / Black Pepper Powder
  • Oil / Desi Ghee for cooking

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add Makki Atta, Methi leaves, grated Mooli, Green Chillies, Garam Masala Powder, Kali Mirch / Black Pepper Powder, Salt and mix well
  2. Add sufficient Luke warm water and knead into a soft dough
  3. On clean poly bag, apply little oil / ghee, then take small portions of dough & make a round ball like roti, apply little oil / ghee on hand & press the dough and make a round circle like roti
  4. Heat a tawa and cook the paratha from both sides with little oil/ghee applied on both sides
  5. Serve hot with White/Yellow Butter, Pickle & Curd
