Ingredients

  • 500 gms Mutton
  • 1 cup beaten Curd
  • 2 medium size Onion sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic
  • 4 - 5 Green Chillies
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin / Jeera Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dhania / Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Haldi
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 - 5 tablespoon Cream
  • 4 - 5 tablespoon Oil
  • Salt to taste

Recipe Type: Lunch / Dinner

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Take Oil in cooker and add Ginger Garlic paste & Onion and saute for 1 min
  2. Then add mutton & mix well and fry for 10 mins on low flame (the colour of the mutton will start changing)
  3. Add Red chilli powder, Haldi & Salt to taste and cook for 5-7 mins
  4. Then add Curd & remaining spices i.e. Green Chillies, Jeera Powder, Dhania Powder, Black Pepper and mix well
  5. Cover the cooker with the plate and cook for 30 mins on low flame and after that add little water & cover the cooker with upper and give 4 whistles
  6. Add little cream & serve hot
