Ingredients

  • 500 gms Paneer cut it into medium size cubes
  • 2 medium or 3 small size Onions chopped
  • 6 medium size Tomatoes (Grated)
  • 1 medium size Capsicum cut it into big pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper / Kali Mirch Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for Cooking

Recipe Type : Lunch / Dinner

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Take a Kadai / non-stick pan and put Onions and sauté till it is light pink
  2. Add Red Chilli Powder, Salt & grated Tomatoes & mix well, cook for 4-5 mins on high flame
  3. Add Capsicum & Paneer pieces and cook till mixture started leaving oil
  4. Turn-off flame & add Garam Masala, Black Pepper / Kali Mirch Powder and mix well
  5. Serve Hot
