Ingredients

Ginger 250 gms
Green Chillies 100 gms
Lemons 6 nos
to taste Salt

Recipe Type: Can be eaten with Lunch or Dinner

INSTRUCTIONS:                                                                                 

  1. Cut the Ginger in long slices (as shown in picture)
  2. Green Chillies cut into 3 pcs (as shown in picture)
  3. 4 Lemons cut it into small pcs i.e. 1 lemon = 8 pcs (as shown in picture)
  4. Take a Glass / Plastic bottle
  5. Put some Green Chillies, Ginger & Lemon, then add salt & squeeze half lemon on it
  6. Repeat the process 2-3 times, so that salt is mixed properly
  7. After completing the process close the bottle and shake the bottle upward downward
  8. Serve with lunch or dinner. Always shake the bottle before serving and keep the Achaar in fridge
