ALOO POHA TIKKI

Ingredients

Boiled Potatoes / Aloo medium sized 3
Poha (Rinse the Poha then drain out extra water & keep it aside) 100 gms
Onions small sized finely chopped 2
Besan 2 tablespoon
Green Chillies finely chopped 2
Fresh Coriander leaves finely chopped
Red Chilli Powder 3/4 teaspoon
Dhaniya Powder/ Coriander Powder 3/4 teaspoon
Garam Masala 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat Masala 3/4 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil for Deep Fry

Quick & different snacks with boiled aloo..

Directions

  1. Take boiled Aloo in a bowl, add Poha, Besan, chopped Onions, Green Chillies, fresh Coriander leaves, Red Chilli Powder, Dhaniya Powder, Garam Masala, Chaat Masala & Salt, mix well & mash it properly
  2. Take small portion of mashed potato poha mix in hands & make small round tikki’s, repeat the process for making as many tikkis
  3. Heat Oil in Kadai for Deep fry, pour the tikki’s in it (like we do in making Pakoras), cook till the time they are light brown
  4. Serve Aloo Poha Tikki’s with Mint Chutney
