BESAN KA CHEELA STUFFED WITH CHAPATI

Ingredients

Cooked Chapatis / Rotis 4
Besan / Gram flour 2 cups
Onion finely chopped 1 small sized
Green Chillies finely chopped 2 - 3
Crushed Dhania / Coriander Seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Black Pepper / Kali Mirch Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Garam Masala 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander leaves 1-2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Oil for Cooking

Recipe Type : Indian Bread (Chapati)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Take Besan in a bowl and add Onion, Green Chillies, Dhania seeds, Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Garam Masala, Salt to taste, Coriander leaves and Mix well
  2. Add sufficient water to make thick batter (not to very thick, Like pakoras)
  3. Heat tawa, put the Chapati on it & drop the besan mix on the Chapati to cover evenly, spread little oil & flip the Chapati, add little more oil on the corners of the Chapati
  4. On the other side of the Chapati, put the besan mix again to cover evenly, spread little oil
  5. After 1 -2 mins flip the Chapati when one side is partially cooked.
  6. Cook till both sides are properly done and enjoy with Curd, Pickle, Ketchup or Sweet Mango
