CHANA DAL CHAAT

Ingredients

Chana Dal (Washed Properly & Soaked for 30 mins) 1/2 cup
Onion finely chopped 1 medium sized
Tomato finely chopped 1 medium sized
Cucumber finely chopped 1 medium sized
Green Chillis chopped 2
Fresh Coriander leaves finely chopped
Lemon / Nimbu 1
Chaat Masala or Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Black Pepper / Kali Mirch Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Black Salt / Kala Namak Optional
Salt to taste

Hi friends.. if you are on diet or has got bore with same routine food then try this Healthy Chana Dal Chaat…

Directions

  1. Take Chana Dal in cooker with 1 cup Water & little salt and give 2 whistles (do not open the cooker till the steam is there).
  2. Drain extra water from the Dal.
  3. Take Dal in a bowl, add Onions, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Fresh Coriander leaves, Green Chillies, Chaat Masala/Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper, Salt and Squeeze the Lemon, mix well
  4. Have this healthy chaat in Lunch or Dinner
