CHILLI CHICKEN

Ingredients

Boneless Chicken (small pieces) 500 gms
Onions cut into medium size cubes 1 medium size
Capsicum cut into medium size cubes 1 medium size
Tomato cut into medium size cubes (optional) – remove the seeds part 1 medium size
Garlic Cloves grated 5 - 6
Green Chillies cut into big pieces 4 - 5
Black Pepper Powder / Kali Mirch 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Corn Flour 3 - 4 tablespoon
Chilli Sauce 1 teaspoon
Soya Sauce 1 teaspoon
Vinegar 1 tablespoon
Oil for cooking / Deep fry

Recipe Type : Snacks / Lunch / Dinner

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Take Corn Flour, add little salt, mix well
  2. Roll the chicken pieces in it and drop the pieces into Kadai / Pan for deep fry, cook till they are golden brown and keep it aside
  3. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in Pan and add chopped garlic, saute for 1-2 mins, add Onions, Capsicums & Tomatoes, Kali Mirch / Black Pepper Powder, Salt, Chilli Sauce, Soya Sauce, Vinegar, mix well, to make the sauce thick (Mix 1 teaspoon corn flour in very little stock / water & add in it) and add fried Chicken
  4. Mix well & cook for 3 – 4 mins on high flame
  5. Serve hot as Snacks or with rice / noodles in lunch / dinner
