For the quick salsa – In a bowl add chopped onions and tomatoes, add lemon juice, salt and pepper mix and keep aside.
For the Creamy Sauce – Take a pan and keep on low flame, add the cream, cheese slices, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and chilly flakes.
Mix and heat it gently till the cheese slices have completely melted. The Sause is ready.
For the Nachos Serving – In a big flat bowl layer a packet of nachos, sprinkle some boiled corn, then sprinkle some quick salsa, now drizzle some creamy sauce. Keep laying the nachos, corn, salsa and the Creamy Sauce.
Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve immediately.
