CRISPY TIKONA PARATHA

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 ½ cups of wheat flour & sufficient water
  • Desi Ghee / Oil for cooking

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. For Dough – Take wheat flour in a big bowl & add sufficient Water and knead into a soft dough (Same as we make for Chapati or Roti)
  2. Take small portions of dough & make a round ball like roti, On rolling board, roll out thinly into a circle and spread little oil / ghee over it, Lift the dough from one side & again lift the dough from other side (will look like a triangle), roll out again into a Paratha (use dry wheat flour whenever required)
  3. Heat tawa and place the Paratha on it, when one side is slightly browned, flip the paratha, spread little Ghee and flip it again & spread the ghee on the other side and well cook from both sides till its golden brown & crispy

Serve Hot Paratha with any dish
