EGG SALAD

Ingredients

Boiled Eggs 4
Onion medium sized chopped in small pieces 1
Tomato medium sized chopped in small pieces 1
Cucumber chopped in small pieces 1
Carrot chopped in small pieces 1
Salt to taste
Black Pepper/Kali Mirch Powder ¾ teaspoon
Chilli flakes 1 teaspoon
Mayonnaise 2 tablespoon
Tomato ketchup 1 tablespoon
Cheese spread 1 tablespoon
Cheese cubes cut into small pieces or grated 2 cubes
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Salted Peanuts as per taste

Directions

  1. Boil the eggs (hard boil) and cool and cut into small pieces
  2. Ensure all the veggies are properly cut, they must be in a nice sizeable size to make it easier to chew
  3. Place the eggs and the veggies in a salad bowl, add salt and pepper as per taste
  4. Mix the mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, cheese spread, Red chili flakes together to make a smooth paste (you can add honey mustard sauce if you like your salad sweet)
  5. Add the dressing and the pea nuts to the bowl and mix well
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and cheese cubes cut into small chunks
  7. Enjoy it cold with Garlic Bread or Toast
