FISH AMRITSARI

Ingredients

Singada fish 700 gms
Besan 200 gms
Corn flour 2 tablespoon
Ajwain crushed 1 teaspoon
Salt as per taste
Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala 3/4 teaspoon
Haldi 3/4 teaspoon
Egg (Optional-it helps the batter to become sticky) 1
Chaat masala for sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon
Mustard Oil for frying

Directions

  1. Wash the fish properly, then add Salt, Ginger Garlic paste, Red chilli powder , Haldi, Garam masala and lemon keep for 15 min
  2. Now add Besan , Corn flour, Ajwain and egg make thick marination
  3. Now keep mustard oil on high flame. Deep fry on low flame for 4-5 min then Increase flame cook for 5 mins or till the fish is cooked & golden brown
