HOMEMADE FRENCH FRIES

Ingredients

Potatoes big sized 4
Corn flour 2 tablespoon
Oil for Deep fry
Salt to taste
Chaat Masala 1 teaspoon
Food colour (Optional) 1/4 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Cut the peeled Potatoes into long finger shapes (like we see market French fries)
  2. Wash the Potato fingers properly and drain the extra water
  3. Spread the potatoes on the cloth/towel to get it dry
  4. Take a bowl, add Potatoes, Cornflour & Food colour, mix well
  5. Heat oil in a Kadai, drop the coated Potatoes in it and deep fry the pieces till it is cooked properly
  6. Take out the French fries on the tissue paper to observe the extra oil.
  7. Sprinkle Salt & Chaat Masala on it and Serve hot with Ketchup or Mayonnaise
