KALA CHANA CHAAT / BLACK PEAS CHAAT
|Kala Chana (Washed Properly & Soaked for 5 hours or overnight)||1/2 cup|
|Onion finely chopped||1 medium sized|
|Tomato finely chopped||1 medium sized|
|Cucumber finely chopped||1 medium sized|
|Green Chillis chopped||2|
|Chaat Masala or Red Chilli Powder||3/4 teaspoon|
|Black Pepper / Kali Mirch Powder||3/4 teaspoon|
|Salt to taste|

- Take Kala Chana in cooker with 1 cup Water & little salt and give 1 whistle and keep the flame low and cook for 10 mins (do not open the cooker till the steam is there).
- Drain extra water from the Kala Chana.
- Take boiled Kala Chana in a bowl, add Onions, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Green Chillies, Chaat Masala/Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper, Salt and Squeeze the Lemon, mix well
- Have this healthy chaat in Lunch or Dinner
