KURKURI BHINDI

Ingredients

Bhindi / Okra / Lady Finger (Rinse Bhindi in water using a colander or strainer and spread Bhindi on cloth and let them dry for some time) 1/2 kg
Red Chilli Powder 3/4 teaspoon
Chaat Masala 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry

Directions

  1. Take 1 Bhindi, cut the bhindi half, then take 1 piece of bhindi cut from the middle, again take the half portion & cut into lengthwise (very thin). Repeat the process with all bhindis
  2. Heat oil in Pan/Kadai for deep fry, put handful of bhindi in the Kadai, cook for 5-7 mins or till the bhindis start getting light brown. Immediately take out the fried bhindis on tissue paper so that the extra oil is soaked. Keep turning the bhindies so that they are burnt
  3. Take bhindis in bowl, add Red Chilli Powder, Chaat Masala & Salt to taste, mix well and Serve with Dinner or Lunch
