KUTTU ATTA KE PAKORE (NAVRATRI SPECIAL)

Ingredients

Kuttu Ka Atta 250 gm
Potatoes / Aloo medium sized 2
Green Chillies finely chopped 2
Red Chilli Powder 1 teaspoon
Dhaniya / Coriander seeds, crushed (Dardara) 1 teaspoon
Sendha Namak / Rock Salt to taste
Oil for Deep Fry

Directions

  1. Wash the Potatoes well & take pressure cooker, add Potatoes & sufficient water, give 3-4 whistles or till potatoes are boiled
  2. Take Kuttu Atta in bowl, add diced potatoes / Aloo (cut into small pieces), Green Chillies, crushed Dhaniya seeds, Red Chiili Powder, Sendha Namak, mix well, then add sufficient water to make a thick batter
  3. Heat oil in a Kadai, Drop a spoonful of batter in oil with hands and deep fry the pieces till it is cooked or golden brown
  4. Serve Hot with Curd
