QUICK CHATPATE ALOO

Ingredients

Boiled Aloo / Potatoes (cut into small pieces) 1/2 Kg
Kasoori Methi (dried Fenugreek Leaves) 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Amchoor (Mango) Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Garam Masala 1/2 teaspoon
Black Pepper / Kali Mirch Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Mustard Oil for Cooking 3 - 4 tablespoon

Recipe Type : Lunch / Dinner

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat Mustard oil in a Pan/Kadai to Smoking Point, keep the flame on sim
  2. Once the oil is Luke warm (so that spices are not burnt), add Kasoori Methi, Garam Masala, Black Pepper / Kali Mirch, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Amchoor (Mango) Powder & mix well and immediately add boiled Aloos/Potatoes & mix well and cook for 4-5 mins
  3. Serve hot with Pranthas
