Ingredients

Paneer cut it into big cubes 1/2 Kg
Onions Sliced 2 medium or 3 small size
Tomatoes for Puree 6 medium size
Green Chilies 2 -3
Kaju / Cashnew nut 13 - 15 pcs
Kasoori Methi (dried Fenugreek Leaves) 1 teaspoon
Haldi 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
to taste Salt
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Cream / Malai 3 – 4 tablespoon
Oil forcooking 4 - 5 tablespoon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Take a Cooker and put Onions & Kaju with 50 ml water (or quarter of a glass) and give 1 whistle
  2. Cool it in a room temperature and blend it in mixi to make smooth paste
  3. Then take Tomatoes And blend it in mixi to make smooth puree
  4. Take a Pan and add oil & onion paste and cook for 7-10 mins (or till the time it leaves oil). Keep stirring the mix continuously so that it is not burnt.
  5. Then add Tomato Puree, Red Chilli Powder, Haldi, Salt & Kasoori Methi (dried Fenugreek Leaves) and Cook for 5-7 mins on high flame & then on low flame for 15 mins (or till the time it leaves oil). Keep stirring the mix continuously
  6. Add 1 or 1 ½ Glass of Water to make the gravy little thin (as per your choice) and once it is boiled, cook for 5 mins on low flame
  7. Add Paneer Cubes, Green Chillies & Sugar and mix it well and cook for 5 mins on low flame
  8. Add Cream & mix and immediately switch off the flame
  9. Serve Hot
