VEG MASALA MAGGI

Serves: 2

Preparation Time: 5 – 7 mins

Cooking Time : 10 – 12 mins

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Packet Maggi Masala (Noodles)
  • 1 small sized Onion finely chopped
  • 1 small sized Capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 medium sized Tomato finely chopped
  • 1 small Carrot finely chopped
  • 100 gms Peas (Matar)
  • ½ teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 packets of Maggi Masala (Powder)
  • Oil for cooking
  • 2 cups of Water

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat Oil in Pan, add Onion, saute for 1 mins, then add Capsicum, Carrot, Peas & cook for 2-3 mins more. Add Red Chilli Powder, Salt & tomatoes, mix well and cook for 3-4 mins or till the mix starts leaving oil (On high/medium flame)
  2. Add Maggi Masala, mix well
  3. Then add Water and Maggi (Noodles) in the mix and cook for 3-4 mins or till the Maggi is cooked
  4. Serve hot
